ADMISSION

1. Secure the Entrance Examination Form (EEF) at the Registrar’s Office.
2. Attach the requirements stated below.
3. Submit the filled out form together with the requirements at the Registrar’s Office for the entrance examination schedule.
4. Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment.
5. Take the entrance examination at the Guidance Center on the scheduled date.

c. Certification of Good Moral Character

d. 1×1 picture with nametag and white background
