𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐘 2024-2025
𝑵𝑬𝑾 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑫𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺 (𝑩𝑬𝑫)
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 1: 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐊/𝐄𝐍𝐑𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑
• Present the Entrance Exam Result
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 2: 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐋
• Get the Enrollment Form
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 3: 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐑
• Submit the filled out Enrollment Form with the admission requirements:
1. Interview result
2. Report Card
3. PSA Birth Certificate (colored photocopy)
4. 1×1 picture (BED) with name tag and white background
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character
6. Medical Certificate
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 4: 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐑’𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄
• Present the approved Enrollment Form
• Pay the required amount
• Get the official receipt
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 5: 𝐈𝐃 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
• Present official receipt
• Have the student’s picture taken in school uniform
• School uniforms are available for picture taking only

For those will order the school uniform please proceed to the designated area

𝑰𝑵𝑪𝑶𝑴𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑪𝑶𝑳𝑳𝑬𝑮𝑬 𝑺𝑻𝑼𝑫𝑬𝑵𝑻𝑺
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 1: 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃
• Present entrance exam result and the admission requirements (Original Report Card, PSA Birth Certificate, Certificate of Good Moral Character, and 2×2 ID picture)
• Interview with the Program Head
• Get Enrollment Form and fill out the needed information
• Ask the schedule of subjects to be taken
• Get the Program Head’s approval
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 2: 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐑’𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄
• Submit the filled out Enrollment Form with the admission requirements:
1. Report Card
2. PSA Birth Certificate (colored photocopy)

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Medical Certificate
6. Get the Assessment Form and have it signed/approved by the Program Head

• Present the approved Assessment Form to the cashier
• Pay the required amount
• Get the official receipt
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 4: 𝐈𝐃 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
• Present the official receipt
• Have your picture taken in school uniform

• Present Second Semester Report Card for Grade Evaluation
• Submit Medical Certificate
• Get Enrollment Form and fill out the needed information
• Ask the subjects to be taken
• Get the Program Head’s approval
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 2: 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐑’𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄
• Submit filled out Enrollment Form for assessment
• Get Assessment Form and have it signed by Program Head
𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐏 3: 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐄𝐑’𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄
• Pay the required amount
• Get the official receipt

• Present the official receipt
• Have your picture taken in school uniform
