Pilar College of Zamboanga City, Inc. successfully conducted the first day of the RE-ECHO Seminar on the RVM Institute of Ignacian Marian Leadership (RIIMLead), bringing together teaching and non-teaching personnel in a shared commitment to mission, leadership, and excellence.
The sessions featured meaningful discussions on Living the Ignacian Spirituality in RVM Education, Curriculum Leadership for Mission and Excellence, Curriculum Development and Alignment, Curriculum Audit, and Building a Culture of Instructional Excellence through Supervision, Coaching, Mentoring, and Multi-Phase Faculty Development.
More than acquiring new knowledge, the seminar reaffirmed our commitment to living the RVM charism and strengthening a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the institution.
Together, we continue to nurture compassion, discernment, and hope as one Ignacian Marian community.
