Following their participation in RIIMLead 2026, the Pilar College of Zamboanga City, Inc. delegation continued its journey of professional growth and institutional learning through a benchmarking visit to the University of the Immaculate Conception on June 16–17, 2026.
The benchmarking activity allowed the delegation to gain valuable insights into the University’s best practices and quality initiatives in key areas, including Planning and Quality Management, Registrar Services, Student Services, Library Services, Research, Research Ethics, Basic Education, TESDA Programs, Internationalization, and the Nursing Program.
More than an exchange of processes and experiences, the visit provided opportunities for reflection, collaboration, and the identification of innovative practices that may be adapted to further strengthen the programs and services of Pilar College.
The delegation extends its heartfelt gratitude to the University of the Immaculate Conception for its warm welcome and generous sharing of knowledge.
