Program Objectives:

The Hospitality Management Program aims to:

1. Equip students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in hospitality management including areas such as hotel operations, restaurant management, and events planning manifesting the Ignacian Marian core values.

2. Provide opportunities  for students to gain practical expertise to exude confidence and competence through internships, industry placements, and hands-on training, preparing them for the real world challenges in the hospitality sector.

3. Cultivate leadership abilities and teamwork skills, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and the capacity to lead diverse teams while possessing a strong sense of nationalism within the hospitality industry.

4. Provide students with a solid understanding of business principles, financial management and marketing strategies relevant to the hospitality industry while manifesting moral integrity in the promotion of justice and uprightness.

5. Encourage a culture of innovation and adaptability showing the willing spirit for volunteerism and altruism, enabling students to embrace technological advancements and respond to industry trends.
