𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒, 𝐍𝐔𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐄

As part of its continuing commitment to Ignacian Marian formation and leadership excellence, the Pilar College of Zamboanga City, Inc. delegation joins the RVM Institute of Ignacian Marian Leadership (RIIMLead) 2026.

 

The first day of formation invited participants to deepen their understanding of leadership through three key areas: Living the Ignacian Spirituality in RVM Education, Drawing New Maps of Hope: Strategic Leadership and School Management for RVM Administrators, and Navigating Legal Responsibilities for Safe, Accountable, and Mission-Driven Schools.

 

More than acquiring knowledge and skills, the experience challenges us to lead with faith, wisdom, and integrity as stewards of the Ignacian Marian mission. As Pilarists, we embrace this opportunity to grow in compassion, discernment, and hope, bringing these values into our schools and communities.
