The immersion was conducted at Astoria Culinary and Hospitality Institute (ACHI ) in Manila, giving students the opportunity to gain world-class exposure and hands-on experience in the industry.
The main goal of this activity is to prepare them for their future careers by equipping them with the skills and professionalism needed in the global workforce. The students were also accompanied by their teachers, Mr. Momar Fernandez, MBA, and Mr. Kim Escarpe.
